Distance selling regulations apply when you purchase goods and services from White Publishing UK.

The price of your purchase will be confirmed at the end of the transaction. You will be informed of any delivery charges. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your transaction. For further information regarding the Distance Selling Regulations, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website.

Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item or service purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days from the date your contact White Publishing UK or after 7 days of receipt of your goods. Deemed delivery date will be 2 working days from the date of posting.

If you return an item for any other reason that a fault, the consumer must pay the cost of returning the item.

Damages & Claims
 
Any shortage or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, otherwise claims will not be considered. Please quote the invoice/web order number for any claims.
 
Deliveries
 

We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock items within 1-2 days of receiving orders.

We guarantee delivery of all in-stock items within 30 working days but please allow 90 days for delivery of out-of-stock items, subject to availability.

 
Order Confirmation & Supply
 

White Publishing UK will email you with confirmation of the receipt and acceptance of your order. White Publishing UK at its sole discretion may rescind acceptance, in whole or in part, of any order containing incorrect information, whether this results from technical malfunction or any other cause, or in cases where the order is in conflict with the conditions of purchase.

White Publishing UK reserves the right at its sole discretion not to supply certain customers, or customers in certain countries, or to apply any limitations of quantity or value deemed appropriate.
